Eighty Six Co offers coffee beans, accessories, and merchandise goods. All physical products are fulfilled and shipped by our partner, Temecula Coffee Roaster. Eighty Six Co operates as a storefront and coordinates with Temecula Coffee Roaster for fulfillment. We are not the manufacturer or supplier of physical goods. While we strive to resolve any fulfillment issues, Eighty Six Co is not legally liable for any delays, damage, or defects caused during fulfillment or shipping.

We currently ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally to the UK. Shipping timeframes are consistent with market averages. We ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses unless restricted by our fulfillment partner.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Returns: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unopened coffee products and within 30 days for merchandise goods.
• Refunds: No refunds are issued for opened or perishable items.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Return Procedure: All return requests must be initiated via email to admin@peakoplatform.com with proof of purchase and product condition images (if applicable).
• Cancellations: We do not guarantee order cancellations. Customers must contact us directly to inquire about the possibility of canceling an order. Approval is at our discretion.

4. Payments and Billing

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other major payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. Subscription services may be available and will be billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at the time of purchase.

Eighty Six Co disclaims all liability related to the shipment, packaging, and quality control of physical products, which are the responsibility of Temecula Coffee Roaster. While we strive to coordinate resolution of issues, we do not legally assume responsibility for third-party operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Eighty Six Co or Peako Platform be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products.
