Return and Refund Policy
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Returns: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unopened coffee products and within 30 days for merchandise goods.
- Refunds: No refunds are issued for opened or perishable items.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Return Procedure: All return requests must be initiated via email to admin@peakoplatform.com with proof of purchase and product condition images (if applicable).
- Cancellations: We do not guarantee order cancellations. Customers must contact us directly to inquire about the possibility of canceling an order. Approval is at our discretion.
